a new beholder looks like

Yeah, lots of people have been complaining about the looks of that beholder, comparing it to Pokemon-style critters. I don't think it looks that bad, but not near as cool as the 3.x DnD beholder!

And I'm definitely gonna have to get me a gelatinous cube!

Prolly a skeleton of some kind. Maybe cannibalize some commons for weapons and whatnot.

It also depends on how many Flameskulls will fit in there! (Anybody got extra Flameskulls?)

I don't plan on buying many, if any. I want a cube, but other than that, I'm not real interested in spending a lot more money on minis. But things change, so who knows?

I got a couple of questions about the 50pt challenge.

Victory points, yes or no? If yes, how much? I think this would be 2.5 points for VP area but we should make it a flat 2 or 3 IMO.

70% rule, no fig over 35 points?

I all ready have about five working teams. I can't stop making them. This is going to be fun!

Not sure if I've bragged about it yet, but I got my big white dragon the other day. Icingdeath looks awesome! The Drizzt resculpt, equally awesome! The Wulfgar repaint is kinda ehh, but not bad.

Overall, Icingdeath is a nice addition to my itty-bitty dragon collection.

The next challenge will be posted in the calendar soon. I need to know which Friday is good for the non-Cargill people (ig, RMS, xombie, etc...). I'll post the challenge to take place four weeks from tonight, but if that isn't good, let me know and I can try to reschedule.

The challenge is 300 points, nothing over 140 (I think that's pretty standard for 300). Remember, if you win, you get a free mini from my collection! And it will be a rare! Maybe not a good rare, but a rare, nonetheless.

Well, I can understand why you would rather play in FNM than in the minis challenge:
1. The prize is better at FNM (that card looks frickin awesome!).
2. Less of a drive to get to FNM.
3. The competition is easier at FNM.

I've been getting a few Dungeon Tiles and making tokens. Minis are high, but those look pretty sweet!

I was bidding on this skull lord, i was at 1.00 till two hrs left then it was at 5.50 plus 5 dollars shipping, so i looked for some buy it now and found it cheaper. I think i need to stop buying minis..........till payday at least
