I want to answer this question because: - It's really cool that you have a pawn shop and are willing to carry geek stuff--I like geek stuff!
- You would be able to get geek stuff that I want and I would get a good deal on it.
- I wanna help a brotha out.
I don't want to answer this question because: - I'm poor and don't have as much money to spend on geek stuff as you or me either one would want me to spend.
- I had a bad experience with just this sort of thing before. (Anecdote time: When I used to collect comics, I checked out a few issues of Savage Sword of Conan. I liked em. The guy that owned the shop where I bought most of my comics noticed that I had started buying a few Savage Swords. He asked me about it, and I said something to the effect that I liked it. He bought an entire collection of Savage Swords on the assumption that I would end up buying them all from him. I didn't. He got pissed at me and eventually pretty much quit talking to me when I came into his shop. Before he started ignoring me he would try to pressure me into buying those Savage Swords: "gonna buy any of those Conan comics?" "Not today, I'm just going to spend $50 on other stuff like I do every single week, but thanks for asking." Who cares, he's just a random comic book guy, right? You're not a random comic book guy, though, and I'd hate for you to get stuck with a bunch of crap that I can't buy. I actually felt bad for comic guy, too, but since I never told him to get a bunch of stuff and then didn't buy it, I don't feel that bad.)
But since you insist: - DnD minis--the wikipedia page will give you an idea of what exists. Singles would be best, imo, rather than boxes.
- 4th edition DnD books, so long as you can compete with Amazon.com. But I wouldn't go crazy on em, if I were you.
- RMS and ig might be interested in Magic cards, so long as you can compete with SayyHeyy and eBay. (You should talk to them for more info.) Again, singles would probably be best.
- XOMBIE and ig might be interested in video games, but I'm sure you'll have scads of those, anyway.
- I do plan on making my next firearm purchase from you, but that might be in a month after taxes or a couple years when I can better afford it. Again, you'll have that covered without any additional input from me.
Good luck with the shop, you capitalist pig-dog! I hope you make a crap ton of cash and become one of the evil rich. You'll probably be taxed to death, which is nothing more than you would deserve as reward for hard work and entrepreneurial spirit. tl;dr: Prolly can't afford to buy anything from you, but here's a list anyway. Good luck!
