Well I'll be sonuvabitch. They're coming out with 5th edition already. I don't see a release date, but I'd assume towards the end of the year. And they're making it with CCG crap. I mean, hell, if I wanted to play Magic, I'd play Magic! Also looks like there's some WoW influence, too. Fuck DnD. I've really been wanting to try F.A.T.A.L. for a long time. Anybody want to switch over? |

Interesting, but I find that I don't care one way or the other. Well, not quite true as I expect that all the 4e books I want and don't own will be super cheap in a couple years. I'm still happy with 4e, and unless 5e is super awesome, I plan to ignore it. I dunno what DnD tactics cards are, either (and I was going to be really super sarcastic about it, but then I failed at that  ). |

It's a D&D Fortune card promo, my bad. I'm guessing the type line is "tactic", I know I seen it on there some where.

I think those were a ploy by WotC to add a CCG aspect to D&D. You bought cards to let you do stuff during the game. I prefer to keep those seperate myself. 4e has too much of a boardgame feel as it is.
